Have you tried coconut water yet? Coconut water has a lot of electrolytes like calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium (more than a banana), and sodium. It It is basically nature’s energy/sport drink. I love it anytime but especially for pre/intra/post workout. I have tried many kinds of coconut water, all tasting about the same, until today. I came across a raw, organic coconut water brand called Harmless Harvest. Not only is this stuff raw and organic, it tastes different, better than all of the other coconut waters. It has a more intense flavor than the others. I have never had coconut water straight from a green coconut but I hope I get a chance to someday.

I only bought two bottles of the Harmless Harvest today, but supposedly each bottle can taste different because there is nothing added and it is (basically) unprocessed.
